1. Purpose

Choice Peptide Labs, LLC (“Choice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies high-purity research-grade peptides and related laboratory compounds exclusively for non-clinical, in-vitro, and pre-clinical laboratory research. This Research Use Only (“RUO”) Policy explains the terms under which our products are sold, the obligations of our customers, and the legal framework that governs our products.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product from Choice Peptide Labs, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Products Are For Research Use Only

All products sold by Choice Peptide Labs are:

  • Sold strictly for laboratory research, in-vitro experimentation, and analytical reference purposes
  • Not intended for use in or on humans, animals, or any living organism
  • Not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, or cure of any disease or medical condition
  • Not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human consumption or therapeutic use
  • Not dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or food products as those terms are defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA)

Our products are sold as analytical reference materials and research chemicals only.

3. Customer Eligibility

To purchase from Choice Peptide Labs, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be a licensed researcher, scientist, research-affiliated professional, employee of a qualified laboratory or research institution, or a qualified informed self-experimenter who fully understands and accepts all risks
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet every one of these requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise introduce any Choice Peptide Labs product into a human body or the body of any other living organism
  • Resell, distribute, repackage, or transfer our products to retail consumers for human or veterinary use
  • Use our products to manufacture any drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food product intended for human or animal consumption
  • Make any therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, or health claim regarding our products
  • Represent our products as approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority
  • Use our products in any manner that violates federal, state, or local law

5. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website, in our product listings, in our marketing materials, in our packaging, or in any communication from Choice Peptide Labs constitutes medical, scientific, legal, or professional advice. If you have a medical question or condition, consult a licensed medical professional.

6. Storage, Handling, and Disposal

Customers are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and disposal of products purchased from Choice Peptide Labs in accordance with all applicable laboratory safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and local hazardous-materials disposal laws.

7. Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Every batch is independently tested for identity, purity, and (where applicable) sterility prior to release. COAs are available on each product page or by request to [email protected] with the relevant batch number.

8. Compliance Framework

Choice Peptide Labs operates under and in reference to:

  • Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), 21 U.S.C. §301 et seq.
  • 21 CFR Part 312 and Part 211
  • State law of Florida and the customer’s state of residence
  • DEA Controlled Substances Act (we do not sell controlled substances)

9. International Sales

Choice Peptide Labs ships only within the continental United States.

10. Acceptance and Termination

Purchasing any product constitutes binding acceptance of this Policy. Choice Peptide Labs reserves the right to terminate any account, refuse any order, and cancel any pending order at any time.
