Choice Peptide Labs ships premium-grade research products from our Florida-based fulfillment facility. All orders are packaged with tamper-evident security, temperature protection where required, and discreet external labeling.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Processing may extend up to 48 business hours during peak periods. Tracking information is sent once the order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We ship via USPS and UPS. FedEx may be used where appropriate.

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days
Free shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only)

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

3. Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product names visible externally. Inner packaging includes tamper-evident seals and protective inserts. Temperature-sensitive products include cold-chain protection when required.

4. Tracking

Tracking details are emailed upon shipment. This includes carrier information, tracking number, and order details.

5. Shipping Addresses

Orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Address changes cannot be made after fulfillment begins. We ship to residential, business, and PO Box addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to freight forwarders or high-risk addresses.

6. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary by location.

7. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local import regulations.

International orders may be delayed or refused depending on destination regulations.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse orders to certain jurisdictions, addresses, or customers based on compliance or fraud risk.

9. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Cold-chain packaging is used where required. Products should be stored according to instructions immediately upon delivery. Improper storage after delivery voids all product integrity claims.

10. Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments. Reshipping fees may apply.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact the carrier first to initiate a trace. If confirmed lost, contact us for resolution.

12. Signature Requirements

Orders over $300 may require signature confirmation. Waiving signature is at customer risk.

13. Holiday Shipping

Carrier delays may occur during peak holiday seasons. Additional processing time may apply.
